No. Before the Court of Small Claims, the parties must represent themselves. With very few exceptions, no lawyer can represent you at the trial. Regarding the Court of Ontario, our packages include support throughout the judicial process but not the presence before the Court.

Yes. The court costs (in particular the court stamp) are not included in the package, and are generally divided equally between the spouses making the joint request.
